The service
Nalanbi is a property marketplace and management app. Owners and companies publish listings and run their rentals; visitors search listings, contact owners and request tours.
Nalanbi is not a real estate agent or broker, and is not a party to any sale, lease or other agreement between users.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Company admins decide who belongs to the company and what each member can do.
Listings and content
- You must have the right to offer every property you list and to publish its photos and description.
- Listings must be accurate, current and lawful. Close or remove a listing once the property is no longer available.
- You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow Nalanbi to host, show and adapt it (for example, resize photos) to run the service, on nalanbi.com and, when you choose to share a listing, on Facebook and Instagram.
- We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Other people’s data
When you enter data about leads, tenants or property owners, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for informing them as Mexican data protection law requires. Our privacy notice explains how Nalanbi handles that data.
Facebook and Instagram
- A company admin can connect the company’s Facebook Page and the Instagram account linked to it. Members who can edit a listing can then post it there.
- Posts are published under the company’s Page and account, and Meta’s terms and policies apply to them.
- You are responsible for what you post. Nalanbi does not edit or delete posts after they are published.
- Meta may limit or change these features at any time, so we cannot guarantee they stay available.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- publish false, misleading or discriminatory listings;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through the contact and tour forms;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around security limits;
- copy listings in bulk or scrape the marketplace with automated tools.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Nalanbi available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Nalanbi is not liable for indirect losses, or for agreements, payments or disputes between users.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top and let you know about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
